We are a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee not having a share capital, registered in Dublin, Ireland, with registered office at: Carmichael, Coleraine House, Coleraine Street, Dublin 7. Each year our board of directors review our organisation's compliance with the Charity Regulators Governance Code. Our compliance was re-confirmed by the board in June 2024. Our most recent compliance record form (June 2024) can be viewed here.

We were the Inaugural winners of the 2016 Good Governance Awards (Small Charity Category) and won the award again in 2017 and 2018 and a fourth time in 2024.
