About Us/Governance

We are a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee not having a share capital, registered in Dublin, Ireland, with registered office at: Carmichael, Coleraine House, Coleraine Street, Dublin 7. Each year our board of directors review our organisation's compliance with the Charity Regulators Governance Code. Our compliance was re-confirmed by the board in October 2023. Our most recent compliance record form (October 2023) can be viewed here. (Prior to that, since 2013, our organisation had been in full compliance of the Governance Code for the Community and Voluntary Sector as a Type C Organisation).

We were the Inaugural winners of the 2016 Good Governance Awards (Small Charity Category) and won the award again in 2017 and 2018;  We were shortlisted in 2020 and again in 2023.
